Such a bad start............

going to chennai after some 3-4 weeks... the train is at 8 PM. at around 1 PM my mom called me n gave me bad news... all trains will start running at 6 AM as there is a bundh in Tamilnadu for the supreme court verdict on the OBC quota issue ans she asked me to cancel the tickets ans stay back in Mysore... all my friends in Mysore are like going home so i thought there is no point staying back and being optimistic i thought my train will go to chennai.

it was 7.30 PM i reached Mysore junction i was dropped by one of ma friend naveen as i entered the station i heard some announcement in Kannada about my train i was waiting for them to tell the same in English as the only thing i know in Kannada is "Kannada Gothilla" something i learned after being in karnataka for 2 years.

The announcement came a recored voice "Passengers kind attention please, Train number 6221 Mysore Chennai Kaveri Express via B'lore Katpadi Arrakonam to Chennai will stop at Arrakonam Junction because of the bundh in Tamilnadu on 31st march 2007. Sorry for the inconvenience caused"

it was like shit and was talking to myself "WHAT THE F*** MAN" then called ma mom n informed her tat the train will come till arrakonam only.. she being very cool asked me to not to come to chennai... but i had tons of plans in ma mind and i dont to miss them at any chance... i called ma friend n asked him to bring his car to Arrakonam at 5.30 AM... sad he is goin his sleep....

For the first time in many weeks the train started on time from Mysore and not to our surprise it reached B'lore some 30 min late...i was dam tired and wanna sleep but got caught in between a Bengali group who were shouting the whole night n dint allow me to sleep.. but still i managed to catch some sleep at 4 AM and it was like 5 min but I reached Arrakonam i got out of the train n called ma friend to ask where he is waiting... n the TT came to me n informed me tat the train is going to chennai central... again i was talking to myself "WHAT THE F*** MAN".. if i go in the train to chennai central my friend will kick me. So i went out n came all way to ma home in his car... the journey was comfortable but still.... the tension the railways caused was horrible.... now its waste of petrol, money n my friends sleep.... poor chap dint sleep the whole night, n dint allow another 2 guyz to sleep tooo... all 3 dint sleep as they started at 3.15 in the morning to pick me up in Arrakonam...

Wat a Bad start for the day... dam i am goin to sue the railways now
