oh yeah its not far away. December 6th is ma birthday, i was bored and dint have much of work today n i was jus thinkin......................

I am goin to become 24 now n what have i achived in life ????? i think the same thin every year on ma B'day but till date i havent got the answer.

Is ma mom n dad happy with what i am now ? 'I dont know' is the answer.

till date most of the things what i have done is for ma parents....

starting frm skl then college now wrk.

When i was in skl i did many things which made many ppl unhappy (includin me) so i dont wanna tel that now

Comin to college :

i think it was in ma 2 nd year of enginneerin when i first bought a dress going out with ma friends... b4 tht i wont even do the shop.... ma dad feels what ever he buys to me is nice i like it... i dont blame him for that cause i dont comment on the stuffs tht he buyz for me, I jus wear them..

ma aim was to do B.Sc maths n then M.Sc in IIT followed by PhD but i was forced to join engineerin :( then ma life changed completed all my 8 semisters jus for the sake of getting a degree :P

well i was a dumb student till my 4th sem cause engineerin is not something i wanted to do so i dint study... thanks to ma friends (keerthy,loki,parvath,lav,parvath,VJ,....) these ppl made me study n its cause of them i got 80% in engineerin

sotware is something which i hated to core during my college days n am a mech guy. But my dad wanted to see his son as a S/W engineer ... crazy na (made me study mech then asking to become a S/W engg) but i tried hard n after all its quants that they asked in the intrance so got thro infy Y!!!!!


but finally what i wanna tell is... what ever i have done so far is not something which i wanted to do and at the same time i dont knw if i would have been this happy if I have done what i wanted to do..... so MOM n DAD thanx u soooooooooooooooo much for everythin that u have done to me for the past 24 years... this 24 is the only thin thats buggin me...

is this is going to ma happiest diwali...

For the first time in ma life i did a nice job on the eve of diwali. I wanna thank ma friend Kishore for giving me this opportunity…. I have given donations n other kinda stuffs to the poor n for those people who are in need… but every time I give money to a charitable trust or to some ma friends who go to the charity to visit them…

I reached Chennai today morning (20th Oct) n since it’s a working day in Chennai Infosys I thought of going there so that I can meet all my infy friends in a single place… n as planed I did go there met one of ma friend n was having a tea near the back gate… then another friend of mine joined us... then Kishore… Kishore asked me if I can join him as he needs to go to parris (the one in Chennai) as he wanna change some cloths he bought a day back n he is bored to go there alone… first I don’t wanna go as I wanna meet ma infy friends… then I decided to go…. We reached there at around 4 PM. He actually wanna change the cloths that he bought for some physically challenged kids for this diwali

We were done with our shopping at ard 6.45 then reached Andhra Mahila Sabha we asked to give the cloths to those people by the time we reached there it was around 7.30 I just saw the kids eating n I almost cried not able to see them… at that time for a second I thought is god there ???? Then answered to myself yes he there n that’s the reason why we people are here to help them (those kids)

I saw the happiness in those kids eyes when they saw those cloths n that was like thousand butterflies flying around me n I felt that as the most happiest moment in ma life… then I decided… do help them but not just by giving them money but by spending some thing equivalent to money which is TIME…. Yeah THAT’S WHAT THEY WANT MORE THAN MONEY…

N again I wanna tell this is going to be ma happiest diwali (at least for another year)

Here now i would like to add some of the forwards i got about Hosur Traffic







A large concentration of IT offices and small industries in and around Hosur Road region draws thousands of people every day.

It almost takes 1.5 to 2 hours to reach ma office everyday. Even ma friend in Chennai tells the same but the only difference is he travels to Mahendra City which is 45 kms from his place n I go to Electronics city which is just 13 kms from ma place..... so everyday 4 hours in the bus.. n its become ma second bedroom (the place where i sleep) n there was one day in which there was no traffic n i reached office in 30 odd minutes n crap i lost ma sleep......

there was a mail from one of our companies director last week to give co operate with the changes happening... it seems there is a elevated highway coming which will join silk board and electronics city.. n there is also a 14 way line coming up… wow tats a great news for the IT companies… but what's going to happen to the pedestrians ???????????????? there lots of small scale industries along the Hosur road n 90 % of those employees are using cycles as their mode of travel....

i don’t wanna make any kinda comment on the government as still we don’t know what plans they are having in their heads.

Another black day in Mangalore

Well today was another crap day in Mangalore.

Today is was speaking with ma friends out there n what they tell is completely different from what the papers tel. so people tell me why is such clashes happening in Mangalore ? And in-fact this the only problem with that beautiful city apart from that its one of the best place to live in

Few years back a Brahmin gal and a Muslim guy ran away n a similar program happened. Are people waiting for a reason to fight for or it’s the politicians the root cause of the issue?

Are Hindus and Muslims still enemies? Or the Indian politics is not allowing them to get along with each other by some way or another ?

“One Café Latte and one Café Americana”, Rishi ordered.

“This is where it all started”, Rishi said as he kept looking at the menu.

“It was an interesting start. Common friends introduced us. We started off with SMS, then online chats, and then over telephone…” she recollected those days.

“Interesting start. An interesting end” he was sarcastic.
She couldn’t help but be silent.

The coffee arrived.

“We had the same coffee flavor that day. Didn’t we?” she asked.
He didn’t respond.

“Can I ask you a favor?” she asked.

“Sure. Anything”

“This is the last day for us to be together. Why don’t you just be yourself? I want to have the best time of my life… today… with you” she said.
“Where to next?” she asked.

“Surprise!”

They drove for an hour. He drove her up a little mound. They walked down a narrow lane. It began to drizzle. They weren’t new to that.

“Where are we going?”

“Heaven” he smiled. She locked her hand with his and leaned over his arm. They walked until they reached a dead end.

“We cannot walk any further. One step more and we will fall off this cliff”, she warned.

“Don’t you want to look beyond the place where we stand?” he asked as he hugged her from behind.

She looked up and beyond. She saw the vast sea, which was a mix of blue and gray, the endless gray and gloomy sky, swaying palm trees, and the wet sand. She was bowled over by the view.

She held him close to her.

“You looked at the end of the cliff and thought this was the end. But when you looked beyond it, didn’t you see the beautiful sea and feel the cold breeze that makes you feel closer to me?” he whispered in her ears.

She knew why he brought her there. She understood what he was trying to convey. She turned towards him and pecked on his wet cheek.

“We see two different things standing at the same place, don’t we?” he continued.

She was silent. It began to rain heavily. Until evening they walked, talked, and ate. They kept their silence at the museum, left their footprints at the beach, tipped at roadside restaurant, and beyond that, spent a lot of time holding each other’s hands – he didn’t want let go her – she wanted to hold his hand for one last time.

They reached his house.

As they walked inside the house,

“Do you want to make dinner together?” she asked.

“Why would I say ‘No’?”

They spent an hour in the kitchen making new dishes. They never did that together and they discovered that it was fun to be cooking in each other’s company.

When the cooking was done, Diya went upstairs to get a shower. She locked herself in his room. The room did not have her gifts, not even a photograph of her. It was organized and clean. What it missed was she. She pulled out a paper on his table and began to write.

When she walked into the bathroom, she noticed a gift-wrapped box. It had her name on it.

“He must have worked on a lot of things tonight” she thought.

She unwrapped it to find a long turquoise skirt and a white kurta. She loved it. He knew what she always liked.

After an hour she walked down in that new dress. As she walked down the stairs she saw the dining table. It had neither roses nor candles.

As she reached the table, she noticed the beautifully lit Christmas tree beside it. Rishi wasn’t around. All of a sudden the lights went off.

The extravagant Christmas tree ignited the dark room. The beauty of the tree excited her. Beneath the tree was her gift. She gracefully picked it up.

“My last gift for you” Rishi said. He hugged her from behind.

In the radiance of the tree, Diya was glowing with beauty. Rishi was formally dressed.

“So, can I go ahead to unwrap this last gift of yours?” she asked.

“Don’t expect diamonds in it” he laughed.

“I wouldn’t. A diamond is no more my best friend when you are around” she smiled.

She unwrapped the gift to find all the gifts and cards that she had given him.

She realized that she had got the same last-gift for him. A tear escaped through her lucid eyes.

“Did you like the gift?” he asked as he switched on the lights.

She was silent. She sat by the tree not wanting to do anything.

“What happened? Do you want me to serve food there?” he asked.

“Sure. Switch off those lights and come here. We will eat beside the tree”, she suggested.

He sat down beside her with two glasses of red wine. She moved closer to him. He could smell the freshness in her. He had always loved that.
“Isn’t the wine a little bitter?” she asked.

“Even the wine?” he was sarcastic.

She didn’t respond but continued to peck the wine glass.

“Do you believe in making a wish before the Christmas tree?” he broke the silence.

“I’ve already made my wish”, she said.

“What is it?” he asked.

“That is a secret!” she got up and walked to the dining table.
He looked at her graceful walk. “I’m going to miss you”, he said to himself.

“What are you doing in the dark?” he asked her.

“Getting us some food. I can hardly see anything”, she complained.
He switched on the lights. He made her sit on the chair. He began to serve her.

“Let me serve you tonight because I wouldn’t get this opportunity for a lifetime” he said.

She smiled at him and began to eat.

“Aren’t you eating?” she asked.

I don’t want to waste my time eating. Let me sit here and look at this beautiful lady for some more time.

They talked about her job until she finished her dinner.

“I need to leave in another 10 minutes. It is getting late” she said as they were walking up the stairs to get her dress.

“You are going to leave me in 10 minutes…. forever” he said in a sober tone.

She turned around and was moved to see his eyes moist. She hugged him.

“I’ve never seen your eyes moist and I don’t want to be the reason. Men don’t cry” she patted on his back as if to console him to move on.

He hugged her closer. A gesture of insecurity.

“It is getting late”, she said.

He kissed her gently on her lips as the teardrop fell from his eyes.

“I love you so much. I cannot afford to let you go”, he said as they were kissing.

She moved away and sat on the bed.

“In that city, what if I meet somebody else and fall in love with that person?” she asked.

“You are not someone who would fall for somebody so easily. You take your time to fall in love and trust a person. So when you meet somebody else, I would be happy for you because that guy should have been far better than me, else you wouldn’t be leaving me alone”

“I’m touched”, she said.

“But I’m not”

They made love that night… for the last time. He got up to put on his dress. She was there on the bed, her tress caressing the pillow, and the blanket covering her pristine body. She was looking at him with shyness and the passion. Her eyes were moist.

He noticed the letter that she had written beside the bed. He began to read.

Rishi,

I know I made a decision that could break our relationship forever. I knew today was the last day in our lives as lovey-dovey lovers. But after spending almost a day with you, I think I shouldn’t have taken that decision. I would have been a fool to take up a career in some other place and leave behind someone who adores me truly. I did look beyond that dead end and at the lovely sea.
I think I will spend the rest of my life with you. That makes sense. I love you for what you are. You weren’t rude. I know you were hurt but you never showed it on me. I love you for that.
Here is a promise that I make on the eve of this Christmas. “I will be with you forever no matter what”. And let me also make a wish, “I should be in your thoughts forever”.
I love you Rishi. Thanks for being my life.

Kiss me goodbye --- PART 1

“I’m leaving. Forever. I don’t see a future.” Diya said looking right into his eyes.Rishi was speechless. Nothing ran in his mind, because it was already strained… strained due to all those arguments in that month.

“Please react. Please tell me something”, she pleaded.

“Is it somebody else? Is it because of a new job? Is it because of the argument that we had the last week?” he wanted to ask her all those questions, but he blatantly asked, “So when are you leaving?”

She did not expect that. She knew he was hurt and he was finding it difficult to express it. She had gathered the courage to speak it out. She had even practiced it the previous night. But he wasn’t prepared. It was unexpected… uninvited.

She turned away and looked at the endless sky kissing the endless sea. She couldn’t see his eyes any further. He still looked at her. She was still his woman, the woman he worshiped for the past six months.

“I’m sorry”, she said looking at the sunset. She let the tide caress her feet not knowing his heart was also down under her feet.

He did not respond. They have been to that beach a lot of times. They have enjoyed the sunset together. This sunset was different. The sun was setting down forever in their relationship.

“So when are you leaving?” his voice was rude. He was angry but was hesitant to show it on her. He knew that she must be having a reason for the break up, but he was scared to ask for it. He didn’t want to know. He was fine with her silence.

“I’m leaving town in a week. For a new job” she uttered.

“Cool. How come I didn’t know it earlier?”

“I’m sorry for not letting you know. It was a telephonic interview. I was selected last week. Thought about it for a week now and I’ve decided to take the offer”

“I’m happy for you. You know what is best for you. Like you for that. But why should a new beginning in your career be an end to our relationship?” he asked.

“The distance. I hate it”

Rishi laughed and his heart felt light. He was confident that he could convince Diya that distance was just a stupid reason.

He held his palm over her cheek and ran his fingers into her hair.

“Which world are you in? You think distance is something that can kill our relationship?”She looked at him now. His eyes were bright with confidence.

“I strongly trust that this distance is the cue to our breakup. My last relationship meant nothing after waiting for him for a year. He came back as someone different. The damage was done, it was the distance between us.”
He saw something crashing behind her back. It was his world that was no more behind him and under his control.

“Can we leave?” he asked.

“We aren’t done yet” she insisted.

“If that is what you want, we can walk different paths” he obliged.

“Are you sure?” she was crying.

“If you are sure, I’m sure too” he didn’t cry.

“Thanks for understanding me” she said.

“Anytime” he said.

That night, Diya picked all his gifts that she had put all over her room. She took out all the cards and flowers that he had sent. Wrapped them all in white satin cloth and put a bow on it. “I’m sorry”, she wrote on it.

“I don’t want to do this to you. I love you. I cannot afford to lose you. But it is the distance. I’ve been through shit waiting for someone who went away to a far away land and came back as a different person. I don’t want to wait for somebody anymore” random thoughts ravaged her mind.

“I hate you for doing this to me. You were the only person I had ever wanted. I thought my search for that special someone ended when we decided to share our lives. Now you are here, trying to snap me off, and take away my happiness”, Rishi couldn’t accept this.

It was 1 AM. Rishi telephoned Diya.

“Can I ask you a favor?” Rishi asked.

“Sure. But don’t ask me to stay back” she hurriedly said.

“No. But I want something else”

“What is it?”

“Can I spend one whole day with you? Just 24 hours… for one last time?” he asked.

She couldn’t wait to say, “Yes”

He was excited. He knew he had 24 hours to change her mind, forever.

It was a beautiful dawn. Rishi did not sleep all night, but he was chirpy that morning. It was his day to make a lifetime decision. He was determined.

At 9 AM they met up at the café.

NYC Ramayana

A young second generation Indian in the US was asked by his mother to explain the significance of "Diwali" to his younger brother, this is how he went about it...

"So, like this dude had, like, a big cool kingdom and people liked him. But, like, his step-mom, or something, was kind of a bitch, and she forced her husband to, like, send this cool-dude, he was Ram, to some national forest or something...

Since he was going, for like, something like more than 10 years or so.. he decided to get his wife and his bro along... you know..so that they could all chill out together. But Dude, the forest was reeeeal scary shit...

really man... they had monkeys and devils and shit
like that. But this dude, Ram, kicked ass with darts and bows and
arrows... so it was fine.

But then some bad gangsta boys, some jerk called Ravan, picks up his babe (Sita) and lures her away to his hood. And boy, was our man, and also his bro, Laxman, pissed... And you don't piss this
son-of-a-gun cuz, he just kicks ass and like... all the gods were with him... So anyways,you don't mess with gods. So, Ram, and his bro get an army of monkeys..Dude, don't ask me how they trained the damn monkeys... just go along with me, ok...

So, Ram, Lax and their monkeys whip this gangsta's ass in his own hood. Anyways, by this time, their time's up in the forest..and anyways...it gets kinda boring,you know... no TV or malls or shit
like that. So,they decided to hitch a ride back home... and when the people realize that our dude, his bro and the wife are back home... they thought, well, you know, at least they deserve something nice... and they didn't have any bars or clubs in those days... so they couldn't take them
out for a drink, so they, like, decided to smoke and shit...and since they also had some lamps, they lit the lamps also... so it was pretty cooool...you know with all those fireworks... Really, they even had some local band play along with the fireworks... and you know, what, dude, that was the very first, no kidding.., that was the very first music-synchronized fireworks... you know, like the 4th of July stuff, but just, more cooler and stuff, you know. And, so dude, that was how, like, this festival started .......

Is my male dominant world changing?????

“YES” is the sad answer. Where is it heading towards???? To a much balanced world with no bias on sex- I wonder if this is possible. World can never be balanced, after all humans are animals too (species) and as nature says one species has to dominate other. So what is gonna happen???? – The obvious question. Is it going to be female dominant one? – “Soon” yet another hard to believe truth.

The statements made above might look very odd and seem like they are said with no base. “Baseless statements” – termed by few of my well-educated, cultured and rational male (species) friends. They are cultured and rational because they feel male (species) had dominated female (species) and its high time to give them EQUAL RIGHTS.

Here are few “Bases” to the statements I made earlier. As we all know, earth evolved from unicellular to multicellular species. There’s always been domination by the fittest species. Things change – Survival of the Fittest. Mighty Dinosaurs are no more today. But they did dominate/rule the world. When humans came in to the world, there too was two kinds of species – Male n Female. As nature always does, males were exact complement to female. Then how did male gain the dominance???? It’s not just that male outnumbered female, various factors right from the physical strength to mental strength. Many of my opposite species will not agree to it especially mental strength. But that is the fact. Else, the world would have been the other way around. To put it in much better way and also to convince my complement species. Women were the one who dominated the world first. Mother land and mother tongue are few terms which still remain as the proof of it. Worship of Female goddess was dominant as history says. Take Hindu myth, all gods were supposed to be from the prime female goddess “Adhi Parasakthi”. What exactly is this “Adhi Parasakthi” – Wondering???? Sanskrit has the answer. Adhi – The First, Para – The Ultimate and Sakthi – Power, which combines to The First Ultimate Power. If you ask me it’s neither male nor female its just power. But, as this power was termed in a Female Dominant world it was assumed FEMALE. For Christianity followers, “Da Vinci Code” has many evidence of female worship. How did it all change then? - Take a break, let me think.

Actually no thinking needed, the answer is straight forward. As females are struggling today (to regain) for dominance, male also did. And finally they conquered. That’s when world changed. All male GODS were born. Have you ever wondered why Lord Siva had only male child and not a female???? Keep wondering. From Jesus to Prophet – Males. That’s how we came to power. But what’s happening now - We are slowly losing our regime.

NO- we are just giving them equal rights which we denied them to show our dominance. We are not letting them dominate us we are just waiting for them to come up equal – are the justification given by the rational and cultural males. It’s just the story of hare and the tortoise. Hare leads the race and just waits for tortoise thinking it can never cross him but before even it knew, tortoise will be in lead. That’s what is going to happen – it’s natural. There were few men in male dominant society trying to spread female domination, the Da Vinci himself. There will be males in the female dominant society too who’ll take forward the male domination and hope we bring it back again!
